The Details

Coordination & Rentals

The bride & groom opted for our in-house personalized planning services that offered the insight they needed to best utilize the features of our unique property.

The Hideaway can supply tables, chairs, and serve wear for up to 100 guests. For additional styles and rentals we rely on our trusted third party vendors.

First Look: The Courtyard

The couple shared an intimate first look, nestled away in our courtyard and surrounded by luscious greenery.

Ceremony Location: The Hideaway Farm

“The wedding location was perfect for what we envisioned as a small, intimate event. We were married on the farm with banana leaves in the background and held our dinner on the lawn. The entire event felt so magical and effortless.” says Brooke, a recent bride.

Cocktail Hour Location: The Banana Grove & Pineapple Row

Located at the entry way to our farm as guests arrived, cocktail hour was surrounded by banana trees and the very symbol of hospitality — pineapples! Guests nibbled on passed hors d’oeuvres and sipped cold beverages while the bride and groom took photos. Everyone then moved to the pavilion and lawn for dinner and reception.

Reception Location: The Lawn & Pavilion

Guests enjoyed a fabulous meal provided by The Hideaway’s very own, Chef Risa.

We love what the bride, Brooke, had to say on Wedding Wire about her big day: “Everyone was able to just relax and get to know each other and it felt like we were totally isolated from the rest of the world.”

Guest Accommodation— The Full Estate

The couple wanted a venue that also provided accommodations for those traveling from afar. Our full estate buyout was perfect for hosting their out-of-town guests. The full estate sleeps up to 36 people and includes both of our villas, all eight cottages, and access to the pool and pavilion.

We were honored to do a special Q&A with Brooke about her big day. See what she had to say, below.

Additional Meals: Provided by Hideaway’s Chef Risa

“Our wedding dinner was exceptional -- Chef Risa prepared Caribbean lobster, and each dish came out perfectly cooked, which is really hard to do when serving 40 people.”

On Friday, guests staying at The Hideaway were treated to a welcome party right next door at The Shack where everyone enjoyed farm fresh cocktails and fresh caught bites. After the party, many guests stopped to soak in the Hull Bay beach front before walking back to The Estate.

After the wedding festivities, a Sunday Boozy Brunch was served where overnight guests enjoyed seasonal fresh fruit from our farm and Caribbean coconut french toast, along with an extravagant mimosa bar.
